Regulations for Users

All services in this website require the users to be over 18 years of age. By signing up for any of the services, you admit that you fulfill the minimum age requirement.

The candidate shall be responsible for providing accurate information required in the website. Any information found to be false shall entail cancellation of all services to the defaulting candidate without prior notice of any kind.

The candidate shall ensure that all information provided is updated from time to time as and when they change. WOIBEX Job Resource Center shall not be held responsible for sending reminders to the candidate to update profile information.

Users are prohibited from any attempts to violate the security of WOIBEX Job Resource Center, including but not limited to the following activities:

(a) accessing data not made available to the user by WOIBEX Job Resource Center
(b) tampering with the server security or data access control of WOIBEX Job Resource Center
(c) harming the server or its users by submitting virus, server overloading, network flooding, spamming, mailbombing,crashing or hacking attempts
(d) attempting to decipher, decompile or reverse engineer any of the software used by WOIBEX Job Resource Center

Violations of system or network security may entail civil or criminal liability. WOIBEX Job Resource Center shall investigate such violations and may take help from and/or cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

The following are also prohibited with regard to usage of the service of WOIBEX Job Resource Center:

(a) copying content from WOIBEX Job Resource Center
(b) placing any links or URLs within the contents posted by the users
(c) deleting or tampering information posted by another user
(d) submitting false information in the website
(e) using information submitted by other users for any other purpose than that which fall within the services offered by WOIBEX Job Resource Center
(f) link to any page within the website from outside, except for positive promotion, referring to friends and advertising the website's services
(g) submitting offensive content of any kind

WOIBEX Job Resource Center shall not be held responsible for any content submitted by its users. All information about Employers and Job Seekers on this website are user submitted content and the users who use these services shall take necessary measures to verify or cross-examine the correctness of the information published.
