Registration and Cancellation Regulations

• Only registered participants will be allowed to attend.
• Kindly confirm registration early to ensure a timely booking.
• Complete the registration procedures and pay the fees early to ensure the reservation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the event.
• No refund/cancellation will be accepted if it's done 15 days prior to the event.
• In case of cancellation, the participation can be transferred to another participant.
